I understand that the 6-week mini sessions run for six consecutive weeks, beginning the week of January 3rd.

I understand that if my child needs to miss a class, I may schedule a makeup during another available class time. I understand that all makeup classes must be completed WITHIN the same 6-week session. I understand that missed classes do not extend or pause the session.

I understand that if I need to unenroll from the session, a refund can be given ONLY up until the first day of my child’s session.

I hereby grant permission for the use of my child's likeness and image on social media and marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the program or organization.
